There are few pointers that determine how professional an individual is. Three major points of a professional achiever are:-
Throughout my career, I have learned that there are no shortcuts to success. Knowledge, determination to be the best and hard work is the best route to gain success.
Throughout my experience I have realised that the percentage of students getting good results by sheer hard work is always higher than the few lucky ones. The students who are hard working and disciplined are the people who are true professionals whereas the rest of the students fade away.
Identifying deficiencies is as important as eliminating them. We at NPA, make sure to be the channels of betterment for the students. Scrutinising meticulously and ensuring the right values are understood by the students is a part of the entire training. We train students to be effective communicators and provide alternatives to all students to enhance their strengths to get over their weaknesses.
Overconfidence, carelessness, average performance, irregularity and ineffectiveness are a few of the personality traits that are not tolerated. Entertainment and fun is required, but during these days of building ones future, we stress more on a student's growth and unnecessary indulgences are discouraged.
Hard work and extra effort is appreciated and we make sure to encourage the students to aim for more and strive harder. We filter in sense of duty for parents, nation, world and environment. I am thankful to all the faculties of NPA for their continuous support without which NPA could not take a shape.
I would like to extend my appreciation to all of my old students for their positive feedback for the Academy, it's because of them that NPA has got to the position where it is today.
